* Ganzheitliche und eigenverantwortliche Leitung des gastronomischen Betriebs: sowohl operativ als auch administrativ und mit viel Leidenschaft.

* Operative Mitarbeit in der Küche - von der Zubereitung der Menüs über die Produktionsplanung bis hin zur laufenden Qualitätskontrolle

* Organisation und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs, von der Vorbereitung bis zur Nachbereitung (Warenbestellung & WES, Lagerhaltung, Inventuren)

* Verantwortung für die Personaleinsatzplanung, Dienstpläne und Teamleitung vor Ort von ca.5 Mitarbeitenden

* Aktive Gastgeberrolle: Sie schaffen ein einladendes Ambiente und kümmern sich persönlich um unsere Gäste

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards einschließlich lückenloser Dokumentation

* Zusammenarbeit mit der Küche und der Regionalleitung in Budget-, Abrechnungs- und Organisationsfragen

* Verantwortung für einen ansprechenden und gepflegten Gästebereich

* Kommunikation mit Behörden und externen Stellen, z. B. bei behördlichen Kontrollen, Audits oder Genehmigungen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Großküche

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Küche, idealerweise in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung

* Ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Geschick und die Fähigkeit, neue Abläufe und Strukturen effizient mitzugestalten

* Führungskompetenz: Sie verstehen es, Teams aufzubauen, zu motivieren und durch Phasen der Veränderung zu führen

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Küchenorganisation, Speisengestaltung und Hygienestandards

* Affinität zum digitalen Arbeiten sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen (insbesondere Warenwirtschaftsprogrammen und MS Office)

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Mobil & flexibel - Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist von Vorteil, um den Standort bequem zu erreichen
