Over het werk Als KAM-Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken, onderhouden en verbeteren van kwaliteit, arbeidsveiligheid en milieu binnen Americol. Je zorgt ervoor dat de bestaande managementsystemen goed functioneren en dat de organisatie voldoet aan de geldende normen, certificeringen en wet- en regelgeving. Daarbij ondersteun je de organisatie bij het behouden en verder ontwikkelen van de ISO 9001- en ISO 22716-certificeringen. Je houdt overzicht over de lopende acties, signaleert waar processen beter kunnen en zorgt ervoor dat verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden opgepakt. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is de kwaliteitsbewaking binnen de productie. Je voert nacontroles uit in de fabriek, controleert of procedures worden nageleefd en kijkt kritisch naar de kwaliteit van grondstoffen, verpakkingen en eindproducten. Wanneer je afwijkingen constateert, onderzoek je samen met de betrokken collega's wat er is misgegaan en hoe herhaling kan worden voorkomen. Je registreert bevindingen, coördineert correctieve en preventieve maatregelen (CAPA) en bewaakt de voortgang totdat acties zijn afgerond. Ook organiseer je interne inspecties, zoals glascontroles, GMP-inspecties en veiligheidsrondes. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de KAM documentatie en het opstellen van actieplannen, rapportages en presentaties. Je volgt relevante veranderingen in wet en regelgeving en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties voor Americol. Ook ben je het technische aanspreekpunt voor externe instanties, zoals de NVWA, ILT en de Omgevingsdienst, en begeleid je externe audits. Samen met collega's kijk je naar de ...
