Als kantoorhouder krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen bankkantoor. Je combineert ondernemerschap met klantenadvies, commerciële groei en teamcoaching. Jij wordt het lokale gezicht van een sterk merk en bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten, ondernemers en gezinnen in jouw regio.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als kantoorhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw en dagelijkse werking van jouw kantoor. Je neemt initiatief, detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op persoonlijk en professioneel advies.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • jouw eigen lokaal bankkantoor beheert en verder uitbouwt;
  • langdurige klantrelaties opbouwt en onderhoudt;
  • klanten adviseert rond bankoplossingen, verzekeringen en financiële producten;
  • actief nieuwe klanten aantrekt en commerciële kansen benut;
  • een klein team aanstuurt, motiveert en coacht;
  • waakt over een vlotte, professionele werking van het kantoor;
  • jouw kantoor zichtbaar maakt binnen de lokale gemeenschap.

Jij herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële drive en haalt energie uit klantencontact.
  • Je denkt als een ondernemer en ziet kansen in de lokale markt.
  • Je bent klantgericht, betrouwbaar en communicatief sterk.
  • Je hebt interesse in bankieren, verzekeringen en financiële dienstverlening.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en kan mensen motiveren.
  • Ervaring in een commerciële of leidinggevende functie is een pluspunt.
  • PCP- en/of verzekeringsmakelaarcertificaten zijn mooi meegenomen, of je bent bereid deze te behalen.
  • Je hebt voeling met de lokale gemeenschap en wil daar actief je netwerk uitbouwen.
