Ben jij de commerciële en operationele leider die kmo-dienstverlening naar nieuwe hoogten brengt? Als kantoormanager KMO bij Liantis stuur je alle regionale activiteiten aan en bouw je mee aan een sterke, klantgerichte dienstverlening. Je vertaalt marktinzichten naar strategische acties en weet teams te motiveren om commerciële kansen te benutten en topkwaliteit te leveren.

  • Coaching is helemaal jouw ding! Met jouw frisse ideëen en oog voor detail breng je het team van klantenadviseurs payroll en het kantoor naar een hoger niveau.
  • Met jouw organisatietalent zorg jij voor een feilloze planning en uitmuntende dienstverlening van ons kantoor. Samen met je team garandeer jij correctheid, tijdigheid en efficiëntie.
  • Dankzij jouw expertise en commercieel inzicht weet jij de juiste resultaten en rendabiliteit te behalen.
  • Als belangrijke schakel in het klantenbeheer en de borging van klantentevredenheid ga jij regelmatig op bezoek bij klanten. Jouw persoonlijke touch maakt het verschil en zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten zich blijven verbonden voelen.
  • Samen met de collega's werk je aan de verdere uitbouw van ons kantoor in Geel.
  • Je hebt liefst een bachelor- of masterdiploma op zak en al een aantal jaar relevante werkervaring achter de rug. Maar het allerbelangrijkst voor ons: je goesting om ervoor te gaan.
  • Leiding geven kent voor jou geen geheimen, je beschikt dan ook over een eerste ervaring.
  • Vernieuwing schrikt jou niet af, integendeel. Jij durft vragen te stellen bij workflows, structuren en visies om zo tot betere resultaten te komen.
  • Als geboren organisator en aanpakker ben jij de onmisbare kracht achter ons team
  • Vlot netwerken? Geen probleem! Met jouw commerciële ingesteldheid ga je graag duurzame relatie opbouwen.
  • Kennis van sociale wetgeving is geen must, wel mooi meegenomen.
