Binnen ons familiaal en groeiend accountantskantoor krijg je de kans om op termijn door te groeien naar een rol als kantoorverantwoordelijke en mogelijk zelfs partner.

Wij zijn een modern en mensgericht accountantskantoor met vestigingen in Oudenaarde en Kortrijk, ondersteund door een sterk team van een 10-tal ervaren medewerkers.

Je kiest zelf van waaruit je voornamelijk werkt:

  • hoofdkantoor in Oudenaarde
  • bijkomend kantoor in Kortrijk
  • of een combinatie van beide locaties

💼 Jouw rol

In deze functie neem je een sleutelpositie op binnen het kantoor. De focus ligt niet langer uitsluitend op operationeel dossierbeheer, maar vooral op begeleiding, optimalisatie en adviesverlening.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van medewerkers
  • Fungeren als intern aanspreekpunt voor complexe dossiers en fiscale vraagstukken
  • Klantenbesprekingen en strategische adviesverlening
  • Meedenken over fiscale optimalisaties, vennootschapsstructuren en opportuniteiten
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, efficiëntie en correcte opvolging binnen het kantoor
  • Optimaliseren van interne processen en workflows
  • Ondersteuning van de vennoten in operationele en organisatorische taken
  • Mee uitbouwen van de verdere groei van het kantoor
  • Eindcontrole en opvolging van dossiers

Eigen dossierbeheer kan beperkt blijven en is geen hoofdprioriteit binnen de functie.

🎯 Wie zoeken we?

Wij zoeken een mature professional met ervaring, visie en de ambitie om mee verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen een kantooromgeving.

Jouw profiel:

  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor
  • Sterke technische kennis inzake accountancy en fiscaliteit
  • Ervaring in het begeleiden van medewerkers of het opnemen van een trekkersrol
  • ITAA-titel is een sterke troef
  • Communicatief sterk en professioneel in klantencontact
  • Organisatorisch sterk en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
  • Ondernemende mindset met zin voor initiatief
  • Interesse om op termijn door te groeien naar kantoorverantwoordelijke of partnership
