Aktuell verstärken wir unser Team und suchen 1 (Kanzlei)Assistenz (m/w/d) in der Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Mit Ihrer Arbeit unterstützen Sie uns Rechtsanwält_innen so, dass wir uns ganz auf unsere zentralen Aufgaben und unsere Mandant_innen konzentrieren können.

Zu Ihren Ihr Aufgaben dabei gehören:

* Begrüßung unserer Mandant_innen

* Telefonie & Korrespondenz (hauptsächlich Email)

* Organisation & Vorbereitung von Dokumenten

* Terminplanung & Fristüberwachung

* Grundbuch- & Firmenbuchabfragen

* Verwaltung von Akten

* Erstellen von Schriftstücken und Abtippen von Mitschriften / Protokollen

Ihr Aufgabenbereich ist vielseitig und abwechslungsreich. Gerade in der Einarbeitungszeit werden Sie von unserem freundlichen Team tatkräftig unterstützt. So wachsen Sie Schritt für Schritt in Ihre neuen Aufgaben hinein.

Unsere Anforderungen an Sie / Ihre Kompetenzen:

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung im Büro

* wünschenswert / von Vorteil: Praxis in einer Kanzlei (Anwaltskanzlei, Notariat, Steuerkanzlei)

* Gute MS-Office Anwendungskenntnisse (zB Word, Outlook)

* Freundliches Auftreten - im Team und gegenüber unseren Mandant_innen

* Sie koordinieren Termine sorgfältig und zuverlässig und halten Fristen ein

* Die Motivation, Neues zu lernen und sich weiter zu entwickeln (Advokat-Kenntnisse wäre von Vorteil)
