Kom werken op het water bij Aqualiner Ben jij het liefst op het water te vinden? En slaap je ook graag elke avond thuis? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor Waterbus, WaterShuttle en veerpont Maassluis-Rozenburg zoeken we enthousiaste Kapiteins die zorgen voor een veilige en prettige reis. Je brengt passagiers veilig naar hun bestemming en blijft ook in afwijkende situaties of bij incidenten rustig en besluitvaardig. Met jouw vaardigheid op het water en gastvrije houding draag je bij aan een prettige sfeer aan boord. Jij bent … - Graag actief op het water. - In het bezit van een EU-kwalificatiecertificaat schipper (of een groot vaarbewijs/Rijnpatent), aangevuld met een marifooncertificaat en radarpatent . - In het bezit van eigen vervoer en een rijbewijs. - Communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands . Kennis van de Engelse taal is een pré. - Representatief en klantvriendelijk, want jij bent het gezicht van Aqualiner aan boord. - Beschikbaar voor minimaal 18 uur en maximaal 36 uur per week. Wat ga je doen? Als Kapitein ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een veilige en comfortabele overtocht. Je houdt het hoofd koel, neemt snel beslissingen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt en zorgt ervoor dat onze reizigers zich welkom voelen. Je staat hen vriendelijk te woord en helpt waar nodig. Je werkdag begint in onze eigen haven in Zwijndrecht of Maassluis, afhankelijk van jouw vaste standplaats. Aan boord vorm je samen met de Matroos een hecht team dat iedere dag klaarstaat voor onze reizigers. Stap aan boord Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Conform onze cao ontvang je een basis brutosalaris van maximaal €4.874,70 per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek. - Hiernaast ontvang je maandelijks ongeveer €600 bruto aan vaste onregelmatigheidstoeslag . - Verder ontvang je maandelijks netto...
