Goede pensioenregeling via de Koopvaardij Compensatie voor sportschoolkosten Collectieve zorgverzekering Dienstrooster: 168 werkdagen per jaar Als kapitein voor onze havensleepdienst ben je - in de meest brede zin - verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid en het onderhoud van het schip en voor het aansturen van de bemanningsleden. Je beheert certificaten en verzorgt de scheepsadministratie. Daarnaast zie je toe op het volgen van veiligheidsprocedures en vertegenwoordig je de organisatie richting klanten en relaties. Het vaar/verlofschema in de Havensleepdienst is momenteel 2 weken op en 2 weken af. Je werkt nauw samen in een klein team van 3 bemanningsleden met Nederlandse officieren. Wij zoeken een betrouwbare leider die de bemanning kan motiveren en op de juiste manier kan aansturen. Jouw profiel - Minimaal in het bezit van een STCW 2010 vaarbevoegdheid als Master <3000GT en geldige STCW certificaten; - Ervaring als Kapitein op een sleepboot is een pré; - Je bent inventief, flexibel, organisatorisch sterk en houdt van aanpakken; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Momenteel (nog) niet het juiste profiel, maar sterke affiniteit met sleepboten? We bieden aan om het vak te leren door middel van een leertraject als Kapitein in de opleiding. Dit doen we in de vorm van 'training on the job', waarbij je vooraleerst boven de sterkte onder toezicht van ervaren collega's werkzaamheden uitvoert en hij daarnaast deze werkzaamheden traint door gebruik te maken van de simulator.
