Je hebt gouden handen. Klanten vertrouwen je met hun look en je stelt nooit teleur. Maar je voelt dat dit nog maar het begin is. Je wil uitblinken, tot in de finesse. En dat kan bij ons.

Bij RANA draait het om vakmanschap. Luxe. Rust. En resultaat.

Wij zijn sinds 2014 marktleider in België op het gebied van hairextensions en officieel partner van Miss Belgium sinds 2015. Onze klanten zijn veeleisend, stijlvol en loyaal. En dat zijn wij ook. We zijn geen keten. We zijn een huis van kwaliteit.

Wij groeien. Twee studio's, een team dat uitbreidt en een hoofdvestiging die volledig verbouwd wordt. Wij werven aan voor uitbreiding.

Werk je al met extensions? Dan tillen we je skills naar het allerhoogste niveau. Ben je vooral sterk in kleur? Ook dan ben je hier op je plaats. Je start met wat je al beheerst en wij leiden je intern op tot Hairextension-Specialist, in onze eigen systemen: RANA SilqWeft, InvisiLocks, InvisiTapes, Perfect Weft, Curly Weft en Twin Extensions. Technieken die je nergens anders leert, van de oprichtster zelf, met vijfentwintig jaar praktijk. Geen bulkwerk. Geen lopende band. Maar maatwerk voor klanten die exact weten wat ze willen.

WAT JE BIJ ONS DOET

  • Je plaatst hairextensions die niemand ziet en iedereen bewondert
  • Je werkt met kleur en balayage die het haar tot leven brengt, niet overschreeuwt
  • Je werkt 1-op-1, met focus. Elke klant krijgt jouw volledige aandacht
  • Je draagt je klant van begin tot einde: consult, uitvoering, advies en vervolgafspraak

WAT WE VAN JOU VERWACHTEN

  • Minstens 2 jaar professionele werkervaring als kapster in een salon. Opleiding, stage of werk als student telt niet mee
  • Alle kleurtechnieken beheers je zelfstandig: kleuring, ontkleuring, balayage, foliewerk en kleurcorrectie
  • Zelfvertrouwen, klasse, precisie en een professionele werkhouding
  • De drive om te leren en te groeien
  • Stijlgevoel en klantgerichtheid
  • Beschikbaarheid op zaterdag
  • Je staat voor gezondheid, frisheid, netheid en elegantie, waarden die je consequent uitdraagt. Roken past daar niet bij, zowel binnen als buiten het werk.

Je hebt minstens twee jaar professionele ervaring als kapster, je bent verzorgd en je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je bent zelfstandig, klantgericht en leergierig. Je wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen tot een hairextension-specialist op topniveau.
