Wir suchen 1 Kaufmännische*r Mitarbeiter*in im Facility Management (25 h/W.) Tätigkeiten

* Betreuung von Filialen und Standorten im Bereich Instandhaltung in Abstimmung mit technischem Facility Management und Bauleitung

* Administrative Abwicklung von Störungsmeldungen aus den Filialen sowie Reparaturen

* Organisation von Wartungen und gesetzlichen Prüfungen

* Steuerung externer Dienstleister (Elektriker, Installateure, Reinigungsfirmen usw.) inklusive Rechnungskontrolle

* Kontakt mit Hausverwaltungen

Anforderungen

* Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich

* Know-how in der Gebäudeverwaltung von Vorteil

* MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Unternehmerische Denkweise und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Eigenverantwortliche, ergebnisorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Organisation von Reparaturmaßnahmen in Gebäuden

Gehalt

* Das Jahresgehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens € 33.068,-- brutto (bei 38,5 Wochenstunden). Ihr tatsächliches Einkommen richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen eine marktgerechte Überzahlung.
