in Vollzeit.

Machen, was Spaß macht * Als Teammitglied in der Auftragsabwicklung erstellst du Angebote und Rechnungen für das In- und Ausland und stehst dabei schriftlich sowie telefonisch in Kontakt mit unseren internationalen Kunden und Handelsvertretungen. * Du bearbeitest internationale Kundenaufträge vollständig - von der Disposition bis zur Terminverfolgung. * Du erstellst alle notwendigen Dokumente für den weltweiten Versand unserer Maschinen und sorgst für die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen und handelsrechtlichen Exportbestimmungen. * Du koordinierst Aufträge und Lieferungen eng mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung (AV), Montage und dem Lager. * Als zentrale Ansprechperson am Empfang übernimmst du die Gästebetreuung und erledigst allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten.

Du passt zu uns, wenn * Du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen hast, z. B. als Büro- oder Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d), und idealerweise bereits erste Berufserfahrung sammeln konntest. * Du Erfahrung in der internationalen Auftragsabwicklung, im Versand oder Export hast und idealerweise Kenntnisse in Zoll, Ausfuhrbestimmungen, Incoterms und Exportkontrolle mitbringst. * Organisationstalent zu deinen Stärken gehört, du auch bei mehreren Vorgängen gleichzeitig den Überblick behältst und dabei freundlich und souverän bleibst - ganz gleich, was kommt. * Eine service- und kundenorientierte Kommunikation für dich selbstverständlich ist und du die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern schätzt. * Du sicher mit MS Office arbeitest und bereits Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System hast. Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics NAV bzw. D365 sind ein Plus. * Deine guten Englischkenntnisse sicher in Wort und Schrift einsetzen kannst. * Flexibilität, ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen, Kundenorientierung und Teamgeist für dich selbstverständlich sind.
