Wir suchen innovative und motivierte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter wie Sie! 1 Kaufm. Sachbearbeiter_in mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung Teilzeit (20-25h/Woche), zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt, Schwertberg

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

* Stammdaten, Auftragsabwicklung und Kalkulation:

* Kunden- und Artikelstammpflege (inkl. -anlage), Vorbereitung bzw. Durchführung von Artikelkalkulationen,

* Verrechnung und Erstellung von Umsatzprognosen

* Ausgangs-/Eingangsrechnungen und Zahlungsverkehr:

* Prüfung von Rechnungen, Vorbereitungen von Zahlungsläufen, tägliche Verbuchung der Kontoauszüge, Kontrolle, Verbuchung und ordnungsgemäße Ablage

Ihr Profil:

* abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung

* breites kaufmännisches Grundverständnis (v.a. Kostenrechnung/Controlling)

* Kenntnisse/Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise PSI Penta)

* Umfassende und MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Strukturiertes eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
