Als zaalmedewerker ben jij hét gezicht van onze brasserie.

Dankzij jouw enthousiasme voelen gasten zich meteen welkom en genieten ze van een heerlijke totaalervaring.

Jij zet de toon.

Nog voor de eerste gasten arriveren, zorg jij ervoor dat de zaal en het terras er piekfijn uitzien. Tafels zijn netjes gedekt, glazen blinken, de dranken zijn aangevuld en alles straalt gezelligheid uit.

Jij verwelkomt onze gasten.

Met een glimlach ontvang je iedereen, begeleid je hen naar hun tafel en help je hen op weg met de menukaart. Hebben ze vragen? Jij geeft met plezier advies over onze gerechten en dranken.

Jij zorgt voor een service om van te genieten.

Je neemt bestellingen op, geeft ze correct door aan de keuken en bar en serveert alles met zorg en een glimlach. Ondertussen houd je een oogje in het zeil en zorg je ervoor dat het je gasten aan niets ontbreekt.

Jij maakt het verschil.

Je vraagt of alles naar wens is, vult brood en drankjes aan, ruimt tafels tussendoor af en zorgt ervoor dat de zaal er altijd verzorgd uitziet. Heeft een gast een vraag of opmerking? Jij helpt vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht verder.

Jij sluit de dag netjes af.

Je rekent correct af, helpt bij de kassa-afsluiting en zorgt ervoor dat de zaal opnieuw klaarstaat voor een volgende, gezellige service. Samen met je collega's laat je alles weer blinken.
