Ben jij op zoek naar een afwisselende DEELTIJDSE job als keukenmedewerker waar je deel uitmaakt van een hecht team? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou! Voor een dynamische omgeving in een ziekenhuis in Bonheiden zoeken wij een enthousiaste keukenmedewerker die mee zorgt voor een vlotte werking van de keuken en indien nodig ondersteuning biedt binnen de cateringdiensten, zoals vergaderzalen en het personeelsrestaurant.

Jobomschrijving

Als keukenmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een gevarieerd takenpakket. De maaltijden worden bereid door de koks; jij zorgt ervoor dat alles errond vlot verloopt.

Jouw taken:

  • Voorbereiden van maaltijdplateaus voor patiënten
  • Servies en benodigdheden klaarleggen
  • Maaltijden correct portioneren aan de maaltijdband
  • Onderhoud van de keuken en uitvoeren van de vaat
  • Vergaderzalen klaarzetten en opruimen wanneer catering wordt aangevraagd
  • Het personeelsrestaurant voorbereiden voor de opening
  • De kassa van de personeelscafetaria beheren
  • Ondersteunen waar nodig om de dagelijkse werking vlot te laten verlopen

Voor deze functie als keukenmedewerker zoeken we iemand die:

  • Zeer goed Nederlands spreekt en begrijpt
  • Ervaring heeft binnen de horeca of een gelijkaardige functie
  • Flexibel is en kan werken volgens een wisselend uurrooster tussen 06.45 uur en 20.00 uur
  • Bereid is om 1 op de 2 weekenden te werken
  • Zelfstandig én in teamverband goed functioneert
  • Oog heeft voor orde, netheid en hygiëne
