Een keukenmedewerker helpt de chef-kok en de andere medewerkers bij de voorbereiding van gerechten en bij het goede verloop van de werkzaamheden in de keuken.

De belangrijkste taken zijn:

  • Ingrediënten voorbereiden: wassen, schillen, snijden en wegen.
  • Basisbereidingen maken, zoals sauzen, garnituren, soepen en salades.
  • Helpen bij het bereiden en dresseren van gerechten.
  • Recepten en instructies van de chef-kok volgen.
  • De hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsregels respecteren.
  • Keukenmateriaal, werkbladen en toestellen schoonmaken en ontsmetten.
  • Voedingsmiddelen en materiaal correct opbergen.
  • Helpen bij het ontvangen en opbergen van leveringen.
  • De versheid en kwaliteit van de producten controleren.
  • De werkplek netjes en georganiseerd houden.
  • De koks tijdens de service helpen zodat alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt.
  • Veilig werken en goed samenwerken met het keukenteam.

Gemotiveerde en leergierige keukenmedewerker met een passie voor koken en gastronomie. Ik werk nauwkeurig, hygiënisch en efficiënt en ondersteun het keukenteam bij de dagelijkse mise-en-place, bereidingen en service. Ik ben flexibel, stressbestendig en werk graag samen in een dynamische keukenomgeving. Ik ben altijd bereid om bij te leren en mijn culinaire vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Recente ervaring in de keuken wordt gevraagd.

Kleine ploeg in de keuken (3 vaste medewerkers)

Nederlands of frans spreken en begrijpen.

Uurrooster tijdens de week : dinsdag en woensdag van 9u tot 15u, op donderdag en vrijdag van 9u tot 15u en van 18u tot 22u, zaterdag van 17u tot 00u.

Flexibel iemand die ook op feestdagen en op privé-feesten wil werken.

Liefst iemand die niet te ver woont van Sint-Pieters-Leeuw of die mobiel is.
