Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Key Account Manager Supply Chain ben je de strategische spilfiguur binnen belangrijke klantendossiers. Je bouwt duurzame partnerships uit en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële afspraken naadloos aansluiten bij de operationele realiteit.

  • Je neemt de lead in complexe klantendossiers en treedt op als eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw accounts
  • Je voert commerciële onderhandelingen en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar haalbare en efficiënte oplossingen
  • Je zet afspraken om in concrete acties en stemt deze intern af met operations en andere afdelingen
  • Je leidt overkoepelende projecten en bewaakt hierin timing, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid
  • Je fungeert als interne spilfiguur voor alle vragen met betrekking tot jouw klantenportfolio
  • Je analyseert bestaande processen en initieert optimalisaties om dienstverlening verder uit te bouwen
  • Je zorgt voor heldere en tijdige rapportering naar management en directie
  • Je bouwt actief mee aan langdurige klantrelaties gebaseerd op vertrouwen en toegevoegde waarde

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische richting
  • Je hebt ongeveer 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de logistieke of maritieme sector
  • Je hebt ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en commerciële onderhandelingen op hoog niveau
  • Je combineert een sterk analytisch vermogen met een strategische blik en behoudt het overzicht
  • Je bent commercieel scherp, oplossingsgericht en resultaatgedreven
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet relaties op lange termijn uit te bouwen
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
