In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en verder ontwikkelen van bestaande (internationale) klanten. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw accounts en zorgt ervoor dat projecten, verwachtingen en kansen naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Geen koude acquisitie, maar juist het onderhouden van relaties en het signaleren van kansen binnen lopende samenwerkingen. Dankzij jouw technische affiniteit kun je inhoudelijk sparren met klanten en Engineers, waardoor je een belangrijke rol speelt in het succes van projecten en de tevredenheid van klanten. Je kunt hierbij rekenen op een salaris tussen de € 3.500,- en € 5.500,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Beheren en uitbouwen van bestaande key accounts - Onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties op operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau - Signaleren van nieuwe kansen binnen bestaande klantrelaties - Afstemmen met interne afdelingen zoals engineering, projectmanagement en operations - Coördineren van offertes, contracten en commerciële afspraken - Begeleiden van de overdracht van nieuwe projecten naar projectmanagement - Bewaken van klanttevredenheid en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen of escalaties - Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie tijdens klantbezoeken, beurzen en evenementen Ben jij die technisch onderlegde relatiebeheerder die graag schakelt met (internationale) klanten?
