Wat ga je doen Als Key-Accountmanager Retail ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen en uitbouwen van onze private label activiteiten bij Nederlandse Retail klanten. Je stuurt op duurzame groei, bouwt strategische partnerships en vertaalt markt- en klantinzichten naar concrete commerciële plannen en resultaten. Daarnaast voer jij gesprekken op hoofdkantoorniveau en ben je de drijvende kracht achter de samenwerking met de retailer. Jij onderzoekt constant hoe je onze klanten nog beter van dienst kan zijn. Jouw voorstel is doorslaggevend voor hen om met ons in zee te gaan. Je bent zowel strategisch sparringpartner als hands-on onderhandelaar en werkt nauw samen met collega's van Sales, Productmanagement, Business Intelligence management, Productontwikkeling en Supply Chain om plannen succesvol in de markt te realiseren. Samen Winnen Het team Je maakt deel uit van het commerciële team van Van Loon Convenience, waar samenwerking, ondernemerschap en resultaatgerichtheid centraal staan. Samen bouwen jullie aan sterke klantrelaties, succesvolle innovaties en duurzame groei in de retailmarkt. Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit Oude-Tonge, met regelmatige afstemming op de locatie Denekamp. Sollicitanten die in Midden-Nederlands wonen zijn ook van harte uitgenodigd om te reageren. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Commercieel Directeur. Wie ben jij? - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur commercieel of bedrijfskundig. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen de FMCG op hoofdkantoorniveau en private label. - Coördinerend vermogen gecombineerd met projectleiderschap. - Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en ervaring met complexe verkooptrajecten. - Analytisch sterk en in staat data te vertalen naar commerciële acties. - Je ziet 'the bigger picture' van productie tot aan de consument. - Proactief, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht. - Je spreekt n...
