Ben je lief, geduldig en enthousiast?

Binnen ons kinderdagverblijf zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste kindbegeleid(st)er om een zwangerschap van een collega te vervangen. Extra helpende handen, extra knuffelarmen.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

’s Morgens spontaan goeiemorgen zegt tegen iedereen (ouders, teamleden,…): een eerste indruk doet veel! Die initiatief neemt, iemand die vlot is naar de kindjes toe, veel met hen speelt en praat, durft gek te doen, maar ook een baby tot rust kan brengen. Iemand die door kan werken, eten kan geven en verschonen op tempo, die kordaat durft zijn indien nodig. Iemand die behulpzaam is, vraagt of er kan geholpen worden als iemand met iets bezig is. Iemand die de noden van de kindjes opvolgt en opmerkt: van vuile neusjes tot wanneer ze moeten eten/verschoond worden of moe zijn,..). Iemand die flexibel is met overuren ed. Netjes werkt en georganiseerd is. Iemand die spontaan meewerkt, sterk samenwerkt met collega’s en helpt waar nodig… Kortom een teamplayer!

Jouw takenpakket:

Meedraaien als kinderverzorg(st)er op de werkvloer:

  • Onthalen van de kinderen bij aankomst.
  • Verzorgen van de kinderen, zowel baby's als peuters.
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van activiteiten voor baby’s en peuters.
  • Begeleiden van vrij spel, oog hebben voor de kinderen en hen stimuleren in hun spel.
  • Inzetten op pedagogische ondersteuning en gevarieerd aanbod.
  • Bereiden van flesvoedingen.
  • Aanbieden van aangepaste voeding aan de kinderen en hen begeleiden bij het eetmoment.
  • Opstarten van de zindelijkheidstraining en de kinderen hierbij begeleiden.
  • Begeleiden van het slaapmoment met de kinderen.
  • Controleren van de veiligheid tijdens het spel, de activiteiten, het eetmoment en het slaapmoment.
  • Opruimen en schoonmaken van de ruimtes.
  • Observeren en rapporteren.
  • Verzorgen van de communicatie met de ouders en collega's.
  • Administratieve taken tot een goed einde brengen (invullen van aanwezigheidslijsten, dagverslagjes, ...).
  • Je bent een enthousiast iemand die er 100% voor gaat en hebt een hart voor kinderen.
  • Je weet hoe je kinderen moet verzorgen, je bent op de hoogte van de ontwikkeling van een kind.
  • Je kan je inleven in de wereld van kinderen.
  • Je bent creatief en houdt van uitdagingen in het werken met kinderen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk naar ouders en collega's toe.
  • Je bent bereid om steeds bij te leren.
  • Ervaring is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid je werkweek flexibel te organiseren.
  • het bezit zijn van een attest levensreddend handelen is een pluspunt.
