The posting

Wij zijn een dynamische en gesubsidieerde kinderopvang en gevestigde waarde in Diest (Schaffen). Wij bieden dagopvang voor kinderen tussen 0 en 3 jaar en bieden 36 opvangplaatsen aan. Wij werken volgens de Regio Emilia visie en volgens het ritme van het kind. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en getalenteerde kracht die onze kindjes mee kan helpen verzorgen en entertainen. We zijn op zoek naar een kinderbegeleider/kinderverzorger/begeleider kinderopvang om ons team te versterken.

Je wordt ingezet voor de volgende taken:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse verzorging van baby's en peuters tussen 0 en 3 jaar.
  • Je begeleidt de kinderen in hun spel en activiteiten.
  • Je begeleidt de kinderen tijdens de eetmomenten.
  • Je creëert een sfeer van veiligheid en geborgenheid, waarbij structuur centraal staat.
  • Je zorgt voor het dagelijks onderhoud en het inrichten van de leef- en opvangruimtes.
  • Je onderhoudt een aangenaam contact met de ouders van de kinderen, waarbij je de nodige informatie met hen uitwisselt op een klantgerichte manier.
  • Je observeert de ontwikkeling van de kinderen aan de hand van de Ziko-Vo en de MeMoQ.
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma “Kinderzorg (7e specialisatiejaar)”, “begeleider in de kinderopvang (avondonderwijs)”.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar professionele en relevante ervaring als kindbegeleider in een kinderdagopvang.
  • Je bent sociaal, stressbestendig, gemotiveerd, creatief en communicatief.
  • Je kan zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken.
  • Je hebt een hart en passie voor kinderen.
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen.
  • Ervaring met de pedagogiek van "Reggio Emilia" is een plus.
  • Pluspunt: kennis van het Engels.
