Jouw dag begint en eindigt met de glimlach van een kind. Je begeleidt hen doorheen een dag vol ontdekkingen, speelse momenten en leermomenten. Jij bent de stabiele persoon die hun wereld een beetje groter maakt. Als Kinderbegeleider bij De Kikker ben je niet zomaar een begeleider; je draagt bij aan de groei van elk kind. Jouw zorgzaamheid en toewijding maken van De Kikker een plek vol bijzondere momenten.

Bij De Kikker zijn we meer dan collega's - we zijn een familie. We delen lachbuien, ideeën en zorgzame momenten. We creëren samen een omgeving waarin kinderen niet alleen opgroeien, maar bloeien.

  • Je werkt met kinderen van 0 tot 3 jaar oud (2 groepen: baby's en peuters)
  • Je staat in voor het begeleiden, ondersteunen en entertainen van de kinderen
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat kinderen zich veilig voelen en creëert een warme omgeving voor hen
  • Je staat in voor enkele administratieve taken (heen en weerschriftjes, Deona, bestellingen, koortsverlagen, ...)
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met de ouders en zorgt ervoor dat zij hun kinderen met een gerust hart aan jou kunnen toevertrouwen
  • Je neemt kleine huishoudelijke taken op (poetsen, afwas, opruimen, ...)
  • Je leeft je in in de leefwereld van het kind door begeleide activiteiten en vrij spel
  • Samen met je collega's sta je in voor het welbevinden en betrokkenheid van het kind
