  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse opvang en verzorging van baby's en jonge kinderen.
  • Je begeleidt kinderen in hun ontwikkeling en stimuleert hun autonomie, zelfvertrouwen en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt leeftijdsgerichte activiteiten die bijdragen aan hun motorische, cognitieve en emotionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je observeert het welzijn en de ontwikkeling van de kinderen en deelt relevante informatie met collega's en ouders.
  • Je onderhoudt een open en respectvolle communicatie met ouders.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een veilige, hygiënische en aangename leefomgeving.
  • Je werkt actief samen met collega's en draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een diploma of kwalificatie die voldoet aan de voorwaarden voor kinderbegeleider.
  • Je hebt nog geen diploma, maar volgt de opleiding `Baby's en peuters (0-3 jaar)' om aan de vereisten te voldoen.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands (minimaal NT2 2.4) is vereist.
  • Je hebt een passie voor de begeleiding van jonge kinderen.
  • Je bent zorgzaam, verantwoordelijk en empathisch.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met kinderen, ouders en collega's.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands is vereist; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
