Kleine Hände, große Entdeckungen: Für eine kleine, Kindergruppe im Baby- und Kleinkindalter suchen wir eine liebevolle und verlässliche Betreuungsperson, die die Kleinsten mit Wärme, Geduld und viel Herz durch den Tag begleitet. Im Mittelpunkt steht eine persönliche und individuelle Betreuung in familiärer Atmosphäre - mit ausreichend Zeit zum Spielen, Entdecken, Essen, Schlafen und natürlich auch zum Kuscheln und Trösten.

Tage/Stunden pro Woche: Teilzeit 30h/Woche

Gehalt: ab € 2.240,--

Brutto auf Basis Vollbeschäftigung mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung

Voraussetzungen

* Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Babys und Kleinkindern

* Eine Ausbildung als Kleinkinderzieher/in, Tagesmutter/-vater oder eine vergleichbare pädagogische Ausbildung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein aufmerksamer, entspannter Umgang mit Kindern

* Ein liebevoller, geduldiger und verlässlicher Charakter

* Freude daran, Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung zu begleiten und ihren Alltag aktiv mitzugestalten

* Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Babysitterkurs und/oder Erste-Hilfe-Kurs für Kinder von Vorteil

Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung

* Du betreust eine kleine Gruppe von Babys bzw. Kleinkindern liebevoll und aufmerksam.

* Du gehst auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse und Tagesrhythmen der Kinder ein.

* Du gestaltest altersgerechte Spiel- und Beschäftigungsangebote und begleitest die Kinder bei ihren täglichen Entdeckungen.

* Du sorgst für eine sichere, geborgene und fröhliche Atmosphäre.

* Du übernimmst die alltägliche Versorgung der Kinder - vom Wickeln und Füttern bis zur Begleitung bei Ruhe- und Schlafenszeiten.

* Du bereitest bei Bedarf einfache, kindgerechte Mahlzeiten und Snacks zu.

* Du gestaltest den gemeinsamen Tagesablauf selbstständig und abwechslungsreich - drinnen wie draußen.
