Voraussetzungen

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kinderbetreuer:in oder Elementarpädagog:in

* Sie haben Spaß an der Arbeit mit Kindern

* Engagement, sowie wertschätzender Umgang mit Eltern und Kindern

* Sie sind bestrebt Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung zu begleiten und ihnen einen sicheren Hafen sowie Geborgenheit zu bieten

* Eigenverantwortung, verlässliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe soziale und fachliche Kompetenz

* Bereitschaft sich laufend weiterzubilden

* Freude daran Mädchen und Buben in ihren Interessen zu fördern, unabhängig von Geschlechtsstereotypen

* Offenheit mit Kindern verschiedener Nationen, Kulturen und Religionen zu arbeiten

* Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Vertretungstätigkeiten in der Kinderkrippe und im Kindergarten (Erhöhung der Wochenstunden)

Aufgaben

* Nachmittagsbetreuung von Kinder im Alter von 0 bis zum Schuleintritt

* Förderung sozialer Interaktion zwischen den Kindern

* Gewährleistung der Sicherheit und des Wohlbefindens der betreuten Kinder während der Betreuungszeiten

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von altersgerechten Aktivitäten in Absprache mit der/dem gruppenführenden Pädagog:in

* Bereitstellung von Jause und Mittagessen entsprechend den Einrichtungsrichtlinien

* Teilnahme an Teammeetings und Schulungen
