Wir sind ein gut vernetztes, hochmotiviertes und multiprofessionelles Team unterstützt durch geschulte ehrenamtliche Helfer:innen.

Wir betreuen Familien, in denen ein Kind/Jugendlicher/junger Erwachsener mit einer lebenslimitierenden Erkrankung lebt, zu Hause und im Kindertages- und Wochenendhospiz, ab Diagnosestellung und oft über Jahre.

Wir suchen 1 KINDERFACHÄRZTIN/-ARZT für mind. 15 WoStd. Deine Aufgaben:

* Durchführung regelmäßiger Hausbesuche

* Symptommanagement

* Fallmanagement / Vernetzung mit anderen Behandlungseinrichtungen

* Psychosoziale Begleitung und Beratung der Familien in medizinischen und medizinethischen Fragen

* Behandlung in der terminalen Phase

* Teilnahme an multiprofessionellen Teamsitzungen

* Teilnahme an Helferkonferenzen

* Teilnahme an Kongressen und Fachtagungen

Deine Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen:

* Facharztausbildung in Pädiatrie

* intensivmedizinische Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Universitätslehrgang Palliative Care in der Pädiatrie oder Bereitschaft diesen zu absolvieren

* Sozialengagement und Einsatzbereitschaft

Entgelt: Auf Honorarbasis oder im Angestelltenverhältnis (Jahresbruttogehalt mind. EUR 77.400,- für 37 WoStd.). Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird, je nach Vordienstzeiten und Qualifikation, in einem Gespräch gemeinsam ermittelt.
