Wat maakt ons uniek?

Ons kinderdagverblijf bevindt zich midden in de natuur, op een groot groen domein met park, bos en dieren. Buiten spelen, ontdekken en beleven staan centraal in onze dagelijkse werking. Kinderen krijgen hier de ruimte om kind te zijn, in verbinding met de natuur.

Onze sfeer We kiezen bewust voor een kleinschalige en familiale aanpak. Persoonlijk contact met ouders, aandacht voor elk kind en een hecht team zijn voor ons heel belangrijk. Hier ben je geen nummer, maar een waardevolle schakel in het geheel.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Een groot hart heeft voor kinderen, dieren en natuur
  • Geduldig, liefdevol en warm is
  • Graag initiatief neemt en zelfstandig kan werken
  • Houdt van uitdagingen en graag met nieuwe, creatieve ideeën komt
  • Ouders op een fijne en respectvolle manier kan ondersteunen en begeleiden

De job houdt in:

  • Kindjes en ouders een warm welkom geven
  • Activiteiten organiseren op maat van de kindjes
  • Eet en speelmomenten begeleiden
  • Verzorg en slaapmomenten begeleiden
  • Buitenspelen met de kindjes, in de zon, regen, sneeuw met uiteraard aangepaste kledij

Vereisten voor deze job:

  • Minstens 21 jaar oud zijn, of worden in 2026
  • Een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister goed gedrag en zeden model 2 kunnen voorleggen
  • De juiste studies gevolgd hebben of bereid zijn te volgen, namelijk:
  • BSO - 3e graad: Kinderzorg
  • ASO
  • TSO-3e graad: Sociale wetenschappen of kindzorg
  • TSO-3e graad: Jeugd-en gehandicaptenzorg
  • Bachelor: Sociaal werk, orthopedagogie, pedagogie van het jonge kind, psychologie, kleuter onderwijs, lager onderwijs, secundair onderwijs, …
