Je stelt een kinesitherapeutische diagnose en werkt een individueel behandelplan uit, afgestemd op de situatie van de patiënt, pathologie en functionele mogelijkheden van de patiënt. De therapie omvat onder meer ademhalingsoefeningen, inspanningstraining en educatie, en kan zowel individueel als in groepsverband plaatsvinden.

Je informeert en begeleidt patiënten rond ademhalingstechnieken, energiemanagement, het correct gebruik van hulpmiddelen en het bevorderen van zelfredzaamheid.

Je past ademhalingskinesitherapie toe waar nodig (o.a. ventilatoire ondersteuning, hoesttechnieken, mucusclearance, inspanningsopbouw) en werkt preventief rond respiratoire complicaties.

Je zorgt voor een vlotte continuïteit van zorg door observaties, handelingen en rapportages nauwkeurig vast te leggen in het elektronisch patiëntendossier.

Je zorgt voor een duidelijke en vlotte overdracht binnen het team, zodat collega’s goed geïnformeerd zijn over de zorgsituatie van jouw patiënten.

Je werkt nauw samen met alle zorgpartners uit het multidisciplinaire team om de best mogelijke zorg te bieden en maakt zo een belangrijk verschil in het herstelproces van je patiënten.

· Je behaalde een diploma in de revalidatiewetenschappen en kinesitherapie.

· Je werkt patiëntgericht, stimuleert zelfredzaamheid en kan patiënten motiveren met duidelijke, haalbare oefen- en beweegadviezen.

· Je bent enthousiast, leergierig en wil graag groeien in jouw functie.

· Je bouwt makkelijk professionele relaties op waarbij vertrouwen en respect centraal staan.

· Je communiceert helder en gestructureerd, afgestemd op de doelgroep en de situatie.
