Je zorgt voor een professionele, klantgerichte en tijdige afhandeling van vragen, meldingen en verzoeken via verschillende communicatiekanalen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Klantcontact en de verschillende vakafdelingen om klantvragen integraal en zorgvuldig af te handelen. Je draagt bij aan een hoogwaardige dienstverlening waarbij de klant centraal staat. Kerntaken: Afhandelen van klantcontacten via telefoon, e-mail, website, post en persoonlijk contact; Registreren en verwerken van klantcontacten in de daarvoor bestemde systemen; Bewaken van de voortgang, tijdigheid en kwaliteit van afgehandelde klantvragen; Doorzetten van complexe vragen… Eerste gedeelte van de opdrachtomschrijving. Eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als klantadviseur, klantenservice medewerker of vergelijkbare functie. - Ervaring met het afhandelen van klantcontact via meerdere communicatiekanalen. Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden. Klantgerichte instelling en sterk in samenwerken. Digitaal vaardig en nauwkeurig in administratieve verwerking.
