Wil jij kwaliteit niet alleen controleren, maar vooral structureel verbeteren? Als Quality Engineer kom je terecht in een internationale technische productieomgeving waar hoogwaardige materialen en componenten worden ontwikkeld en geproduceerd voor veeleisende toepassingen.

Je volgt kwaliteitsvraagstukken op van analyse tot oplossing en werkt daarbij nauw samen met productie, engineering, operations en andere interne afdelingen. Je combineert een analytische aanpak met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bewaakt en verbetert de kwaliteit van producten, processen en productieactiviteiten.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsafwijkingen, klachten en terugkerende problemen en onderzoekt de onderliggende oorzaken.
  • Je zet corrigerende en preventieve acties op en volgt deze verder op.
  • Je ondersteunt productie en engineering bij technische kwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Je voert root cause analyses uit aan de hand van methodieken zoals 5 Why, Ishikawa en 8D.
  • Je volgt kwaliteitsindicatoren op en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je werkt mee aan procesoptimalisaties en Continuous Improvement-projecten.
  • Je ondersteunt interne en externe audits en waakt mee over de correcte toepassing van kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsdocumentatie, werkinstructies en procedures correct en actueel blijven.
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen om kwaliteit structureel te verankeren binnen de organisatie.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de introductie van nieuwe producten, processen of productiewijzigingen vanuit kwaliteitsoogpunt.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische of wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen quality engineering, productie, procesengineering of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
  • Je werkt analytisch en gaat graag op zoek naar de echte oorzaak achter een probleem.
  • Kennis van kwaliteitsmethodieken zoals 8D, FMEA, CAPA, root cause analysis of SPC is een pluspunt.
  • Je combineert een gestructureerde aanpak met voldoende pragmatisme om oplossingen ook daadwerkelijk op de werkvloer ingevoerd te krijgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel operatoren als engineers en andere stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
