Wil je geld verdienen, iets leren én mensen helpen tegelijk? Bij UWV in Groningen start je als Klantadviseur in een rol die er echt toe doet. Jij bent vaak het eerste contact voor mensen die vragen hebben over hun uitkering. Dat kan spannend zijn voor hen en juist daarom ben jij belangrijk.

Wat ga je doen? Je voert telefonische gesprekken met klanten die duidelijkheid nodig hebben. Je luistert, stelt vragen en legt regels uit in normale taal. Geen verkooppraatjes, geen targets. Het doel is simpel: zorgen dat iemand met een goed gevoel ophangt en weet waar hij of zij aan toe is.

In deze baan:

- help je mensen telefonisch met vragen over hun uitkering - leg je ingewikkelde informatie helder en rustig uit - denk je mee en toon je begrip, ook bij emotionele gesprekken

Eerst leren, dan werken (en gewoon betaald)

Je begint met een interne opleiding van 6 tot 8 weken. Tijdens deze periode:

- werk je 32 uur per week - op vaste dagen (maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag) - op kantoor in Groningen

Nieuw: flexibel opleiden

Voor de maand oktober hebben we een mogelijkheid voor flexibel opleiden. Je volgt de training op basis van jouw zelfgekozen contracturen. Heb je een contract van 24-28 uur? Dan duurt de opleiding wat langer dan bij een contract van bijvoorbeeld 32-36 uur. Ook is het tijdens de training mogelijk om een andere vrije dag te hebben.

Na de opleiding:

- werk je minimaal 24 uur per week - tussen maandag en vrijdag - en kun je deels vanuit huis werken

Wat bieden wij? Je start met een bruto uurloon van €18,44. Daarnaast krijg je:

- 8,33% vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen (bij fulltime) - pensioenopbouw en een eindejaarsuitkering vanaf dag 1 - reiskostenvergoeding (OV volledig vergoed) - een thuiswerkvergoeding - Werk je hier met plezier en laat je zien wat je kunt? Dan is er na 7 maanden een kans om overgenomen te worden door UWV.
