Voor Multipool Centracar zijn we op zoek naar een Conseiller Clients (m/v/x) die perfect tweetalig is in het Duits en Frans.

Je krijgt een virtuele klantenservicefunctie voor Centracar.

Locatie: Val Benoit – Quai Banning 6, 4000 Luik

Openingsuren: maandag t.e.m. zaterdag, van 08u00 tot 18u30

Start: ASAP / te bepalen

Talen: Duits (moedertaal) + Frans

Jouw functie

Als Conseiller Clients ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een professionele en klantgerichte opvolging. Je helpt klanten verder met hun vragen en zorgt ervoor dat zij op een correcte en vriendelijke manier worden geholpen.

Na een grondige opleiding en zodra je de eerste opdracht goed beheerst, word je opgeleid voor een bijkomende opdracht. Op die manier kan je op termijn een volledige voltijdse tewerkstelling opnemen.

Jouw profiel

  • Duits is je moedertaal.
  • Je beschikt daarnaast over een zeer goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent dus vlot tweetalig Duits/Frans.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Je bent flexibel en staat open om verschillende opdrachten aan te leren.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je kennis verder uit te breiden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en professioneel.
  • Ervaring binnen klantenservice is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn minstens even belangrijk.Een taaltest Engels en Duits maakt deel uit van de selectieprocedure.

Belangrijk: tijdens de opleiding en gedurende de eerste 2 maanden na opstart is het niet mogelijk om verlof op te nemen.
