Wat ga je doen?

Ben jij communicatief sterk en help je klanten graag telefonisch verder? In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en ondersteun je klanten met hun vragen en afspraken.

Als klantendienstmedewerker inbound/outbound ben je het gezicht van onze klant. Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoontjes van klanten die afspraken willen maken, wijzigen of annuleren. Daarnaast neem je zelf contact op met geïnteresseerden om hen te informeren over een gratis gehoortest en een afspraak in te plannen. Je werkt met een klantgerichte aanpak en zorgt voor een correcte registratie van alle gegevens in het systeem. Verkoop maken is niet jouw taak; jouw focus ligt op het bieden van een kwalitatieve en empathische service.

- Professioneel behandelen van inkomende oproepen van klanten - Afspraken inplannen, wijzigen of annuleren - Klantvragen beantwoorden en klachten met begrip afhandelen - Telefonisch contact opnemen met prospecten en geïnteresseerden - Uitleg geven over de gratis en vrijblijvende gehoortest - Voordelen van een gehoorevaluatie duidelijk toelichten - Vastleggen van een geschikt moment voor een afspraak - Correct registreren van klantgegevens en gespreksinformatie in het systeem

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
  • Je hebt een luisterend oor en toont oprechte empathie.
  • Je bent vriendelijk, professioneel en zelfverzekerd aan de telefoon.
  • Je kunt mensen overtuigen zonder opdringerig over te komen.
  • Je verwerkt administratieve gegevens correct en zorgvuldig.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.

Vakkennis: Geen specifieke vakkennis vereist.

Talenkennis: Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven. Kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
