Als fulltime klantenservice medewerker Reis & Zorg in Deventer neem jij direct de regie over ingewikkelde medische noodgevallen. Jij biedt de nodige houvast, denkt in oplossingen en zorgt dat de internationale hulpverlening snel en vlekkeloos wordt opgestart. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de complete begeleiding van een dossier. Je start met een grondige intake waarin je de medische situatie ontrafelt en de belangrijkste details inschat. Vervolgens overleg je direct met het in-house team van artsen en verpleegkundigen om te bepalen welke behandeling of vervoersvorm noodzakelijk is. Vervolgens neem je het voortouw in de internationale logistiek. Je schakelt met artsen op locatie, regelt de juiste overbrenging via vliegmaatschappijen of ambulancevluchten en houdt de achterblijvers in Nederland nauwgezet op de hoogte. Je rondt het dossier af door de kosten te monitoren en te zorgen voor een nauwkeurige documentatie voor de verzekeraar. Werken in een gedreven en multidisciplinair team De afdeling Reis & Zorg kenmerkt zich door een collegiale en professionele sfeer waarin samenwerken vooropstaat. Je werkt schouder aan schouder met medisch specialisten en ervaren hulpverleners die elkaar versterken.
