Vind je het leuk om klanten te helpen en tegelijkertijd monteurs en collega's goed op weg te helpen? Dan zou dit zomaar jouw nieuwe baan kunnen zijn! Voor een professionele en informele organisatie in Amsterdam Westpoort zoek ik een medewerker klantcontact & planning voor 32 tot 40 uur per week . Je komt terecht in een gezellig team van ongeveer 8 collega's. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat klanten snel worden geholpen en werkzaamheden goed worden ingepland. Wat krijg je? Er staat een mooi arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket tegenover: - Een salaris van €18,00 tot €19,62 bruto per uur , afhankelijk van jouw ervaring - Salarisverhogingen volgens de Bouw-cao - Een bonusregeling tot maximaal 8% - Maar liefst 25 vakantiedagen + 15 adv-dagen - Een ruime reiskostenvergoeding - Gratis parkeren bij het kantoor in Amsterdam Westpoort - Een laptop en telefoon - Een fietsplan - Goede mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien - Een baan voor minimaal 32 uur per week Wat ga je doen? Jij bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, servicemonteurs en collega's die projecten begeleiden. Een klant belt bijvoorbeeld omdat er iets gerepareerd moet worden. Jij luistert goed, verwerkt de melding en zorgt dat de juiste collega op het juiste moment wordt ingepland. Maar zoals je waarschijnlijk wel begrijpt: een planning loopt niet altijd precies zoals bedacht. Een monteur kan ziek worden, er komt een spoedklus tussendoor of een afspraak moet worden verplaatst. Jij vindt het juist leuk om dan te puzzelen en een oplossing te vinden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het aannemen en verwerken van vragen en reparatieverzoeken - Het plannen van afspraken voor servicemonteurs - Contact met klanten over afspraken en werkz...
