- Ervaring in klantenservice, commercie, verkoopondersteuning of een vergelijkbare klantgerichte functie is gewenst. - Ervaring met telefonisch en schriftelijk klantcontact is een pre. - Ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden en klantgegevens is gewenst. - Ervaring met offertes en verkoopondersteuning is een voordeel. - Ervaring in de energiebranche is niet vereist. - Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en cijfermatig sterk. - Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel. - Je kunt zelfstandig en goed in teamverband werken. - Je bent leergierig en maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen.

Over de functie Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt de commerciele afdeling. Je combineert klantcontact, administratie en commerciele werkzaamheden.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes - Verwerken van meterstanden en berekenen van voorschotten - Maken van legplannen voor zonnepanelen - Ondersteunen bij energiecontracten en duurzame energieproducten - Meedenken over klantgerichte oplossingen

Over de organisatie Je werkt in een klein en betrokken team. De lijnen zijn kort en samenwerken staat centraal. Er is ruimte om vragen te stellen, nieuwe werkzaamheden te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. De organisatie helpt particulieren en bedrijven met energiecontracten en duurzame oplossingen. Goede klantenservice staat centraal, zonder onnodige strakke beltijden en targets.

Wat breng je mee? Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk. Je hebt minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau en voelt je prettig bij administratieve en cijfermatige werkzaamheden. Ervaring in klantenservice of commercie is een pre. Ervaring in de energiebranche is niet vereist.

Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week in Groningen, tijdens kantoortijden. Af en toe thuiswerken is mogelijk. Je start in overleg en hebt uitzicht op een vast contract.
