Bedrijfsomschrijving Je komt terecht in een professioneel en betrokken team waar hard gewerkt wordt, maar waar ook ruimte is voor gezelligheid. Je krijgt de begeleiding die je nodig hebt om de producten en systemen goed te leren kennen. Zo groei je steeds verder in je rol en word je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant en de organisatie.

Functieomschrijving Je komt te werken bij een groeiend bedrijf dat succesvol is met de online verkoop van ventilatie- en luchtbehandelingsproducten in Nederland en België. Je hebt daar veel contact met klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Je luistert goed, denkt in oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat de klant met een goed gevoel verder kan. Naast klantcontact verwerk je gegevens en afspraken in het systeem en werk je samen met collega's van onder andere het magazijn, de retourafdeling, inkoop en e-commerce. Ook krijg je steeds meer kennis van de producten. Technische ervaring is daarbij mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Met jouw nieuwsgierigheid en interesse leer je het vak vanzelf kennen. Dit ga je doen: - Je beantwoordt klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat in het Nederlands en Duits; - Je informeert klanten over bestellingen, levertijden en verzendingen; - Je helpt bij retouren, garantieaanvragen en klachten; - Je denkt mee over passende producten en oplossingen; - Je verwerkt klantgegevens en afspraken zorgvuldig in het systeem; - Je schakelt met collega's van verschillende afdelingen om klanten goed te helpen; - Je bouwt steeds meer kennis op van ventilatie en luchtbehandeling; - Je signaleert veelvoorkomende vragen en denkt mee over hoe de klantcommunicatie beter kan.

Functie-eisen - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Duits; - Je bent klantvriendelijk, geduldig en oplossingsgericht; - Je kunt duidelijk communiceren via telefoon, e-mail en chat; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt goed overzicht; - Je bent handig met computers en systemen; - Je vindt het leuk om nieuwe dingen te leren en productken
