Je helpt klanten met digitale selfservice-tools en denkt mee over het optimaliseren van de dienstverlening. Met een onbeperkt opleidingsbudget behaal je waardevolle Wft-certificaten, waarmee jouw maandsalaris direct meegroeit! Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Klantenservice medewerker pensioen - Service & advies: Je beantwoordt ingewikkelde pensioenvragen en begeleidt klanten bij het gebruik van digitale portalen en mutaties. - Kwaliteit & KPI's: Je stuurt op een hoge klanttevredenheid en bent gericht op prestatie-indicatoren zoals CSAT, CES en First Time Right (FTR). - Procesverbetering: Je signaleert knelpunten in de werkwijze en schakelt indien nodig tijdig de tweede lijn of vakspecialisten in. - Ontwikkeling: Je volgt trainingen en behaalt via onze academy aanvullende Wft-modules om je vakkennis te vergroten.
