Als Klantenservice Medewerker help je klanten met uiteenlopende vragen via telefoon en e-mail. De ene vraag is snel opgelost, terwijl je voor een andere klant net wat meer uitzoekwerk doet. Jij luistert, denkt mee en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant duidelijk en vriendelijk wordt geholpen.

Geen verkooppraatjes. Geen targets. Gewoon de tijd krijgen om klanten écht verder te helpen.

Functie-eisen: Wie ben jij?

Je hoeft geen specialist te zijn. Veel belangrijker vinden wij dat je het leuk vindt om mensen te helpen en graag met klanten in contact bent.

Jij:

• bent 24 tot 36 uur per week beschikbaar en bent per 31 augustus beschikbaar; • hebt ervaring in klantcontact of klantenservice; • spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands; • kunt je ook redden in het Engels; • blijft rustig wanneer een klant met een vraag of probleem belt, maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen en vindt het leuk om nieuwe dingen te leren; • gaat de komende drie maanden niet op vakantie.
