Wil je jouw eigen klantenportefeuille beheren, wil je voor ondernemers het vaste aanspreekpunt worden en wil je werken in een kantoor waar digitalisering repetitief werk zoveel mogelijk uit handen neemt? In Brugge kom je terecht in een sterk gedigitaliseerde en geautomatiseerde accountancyomgeving met een vlakke structuur. Initiatief wordt aangemoedigd en je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelf mee te denken over hoe klanten en dossiers nog beter kunnen worden opgevolgd.

Als Klantverantwoordelijke neem je jouw klanten mee door het volledige traject: van de eerste kennismaking tot jaarrekeningen, fiscale verplichtingen en verdere ondersteuning. Met minstens drie jaar ervaring krijg je hier dus geen puur uitvoerende functie, maar een rol waarin zelfstandigheid, klantencontact en verantwoordelijkheid samenkomen.

Wat ga je doen

  • Beheren van een eigen klantenportefeuille en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers
  • Opvolgen van de boekhouding en administratieve verplichtingen van jouw klanten
  • Voorbereiden en opstellen van jaarrekeningen en fiscale verplichtingen
  • Beantwoorden van fiscale vragen en klanten ondersteunen bij hun dagelijkse financiële uitdagingen
  • Zelfstandig zoeken naar oplossingen en actief meedenken over een efficiëntere dienstverlening

Wie ben jij

  • Minstens een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als dossierbeheerder, waarbij je dossiers grotendeels zelfstandig kan opvolgen
  • Initiatiefnemend, leergierig en zelfstandig; een ITAA-titel of -lidmaatschap is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste
