The posting

Voor een project in Londerzeel is Vivaldis op zoek naar een klusjesman met sterke elektrische kennis. Het betreft een tijdelijke functie van onbepaalde duur, waarbij je voltijds in dagdienst werkt binnen een technische omgeving.

Je staat in voor zowel elektrische als algemene onderhoudswerken aan gebouwen en installaties.

Concreet omvat jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van elektrische en algemene onderhoudswerken (laagspanning, noodstroom, verlichting, pompen, sanitair en schrijnwerk)
  • Opsporen en efficiënt oplossen van elektrische storingen
  • Uitvoeren van elektrische aanpassingen conform de AREI-regelgeving
  • Opmaken, aanpassen en interpreteren van elektrische schema’s
  • Preventief onderhoud en controle van technische installaties
  • Waken over de veiligheid en correcte werking van installaties

Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw interventies. Dankzij jouw sterke elektrische expertise zorg je ervoor dat alle installaties betrouwbaar, veilig en conform de normen functioneren.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een kandidaat met een sterke elektrische achtergrond en praktische ervaring in onderhoudswerken.

  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van elektriciteit, inclusief laagspanningsinstallaties
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opsporen en oplossen van storingen
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het werken volgens het AREI
  • Je kan elektrische schema’s lezen, aanpassen en zelf opmaken
  • Je hebt ervaring met gebouwtechnieken en algemene onderhoudswerken
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en met aandacht voor veiligheid
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse functie in dagdienst

Een specifiek diploma is geen vereiste, maar aantoonbare ervaring en technische vakkennis zijn essentieel.
