Job Description

  1. Risico- en behoeftenanalyses van KMO's
  2. Onderhandelen met alle grote verzekeringsmaatschappijen op de belgische markt
  3. Het uitwerken van offertes en marktstudies op maat van de klant nadat je de polisvoorwaarden, tarieven en dekking van de diverse verzekeraars hebt geanalyseerd.
  4. Afhandelen van het (schade)dossier met de daarbijhorende administratie
  5. Je helpt samen met het team mee om onze klanten de beste service te geven op alle mogelijke vlakken.

The Successful Applicant

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische richting met een sterke interesse in het bank- en verzekeringswezen; of gelijkwaardig met een relevante werkervaring bij een verzekeringsmakelaar.
  • Je werkt ordelijk, gestructureerd, efficiënt, proactief en probleem oplossend.
  • Je streeft naar een uitstekende service en legt hierbij ook graag de nodige "commerciële" contacten.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer: je bent collegiaal ingesteld en kan vlot met anderen samenwerken.
  • Je denkt actief mee in de groei van de onderneming en durft pro-actief verbeteringsvoorstellen op een constructieve manier voor te stellen
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen de sector
  • Ervaring met het beheer pakket Brio is een pluspunt
