Sommersaison 2026 suchen wir einen Koch/Jungkoch, der eigenständig arbeiten kann und

Lust hat, einen besonderen Standort am Berg mitzugestalten.

Das Gipfelhaus liegt direkt am Gipfel der Gerlitzen Alpe auf 1.911 m Seehöhe - mit einzigartigem

360-Grad-Panorama, Panoramaterrasse und schön gestaltetem Innenbereich. 1 KOCH/JUNGKOCH GERLITZEN GIPFELHAUS (M/W/D) Deine Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Zubereitung einer kleinen, feinen Speisenauswahl

* Frühstücks- und Mittagsgeschäft im Tagesbetrieb

* Mise en Place, Vorbereitung und sauberer Küchenablauf

* Warenannahme, Lagerhaltung und Ordnung in der Küche

* Konsequente Einhaltung der Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Kochausbilung oder fundierte Praxiserfahrung

* Sicherer Umgang mit einfachen, ehrlichen Gerichten

* HACCP-Schulung bzw. gute Kenntnisse in Hygiene und Lebensmittelsicherheit

* Selbstständige, saubere und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Arbeit im kleinen Team

* Handwerkliches Geschick von Vorteil

Wir bieten

in Kärnten mit 21 Liftanlagen, rund 53 Pistenkilometern und 147 km markierten
