Wegbereiter:in sein

* Zubereitung frischer, ausgewogener und qualitativ hochwertiger Mahlzeiten unter Berücksichtigung der speziellen Ernährungsbedürfnisse unserer Patient:innen und Kurgäste (z.B. Diäten, Schonkost)

* Unterstützung bei besonderen kulinarischen Veranstaltungen

* Mitwirkung bei der regelmäßigen Durchführung der Kontrollen und deren Dokumentation

* Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung der HACCP-Vorgaben im Küchenbereich

* Mitwirkung bei der Führung eines ordnungsgemäßen Lagermanagements

Wegerfahrung mitbringen

* Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Lehre als Köchin/Koch

* Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung oder Gastronomie

* Faire Bezahlung: Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag (KV Hotellerie und Gastronomie) anzugeben. Bei dieser Stelle handelt es sich um EUR 2.237,00 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeit-Basis. Wir besprechen ihr tatsächliches Gehalt gerne mit Ihnen im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gesprächs, abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
