Für unser familiengeführtes, top bewertetes a la carte Restaurant Zum Holzwurm im Ski Weltcup Ort Flachau, direkt an der Hermann Maier Weltcupstrecke suchen wir die kommende Wintersaison ab Anfang Dezember noch einen motivierten, engagierten Chef de Partie.

Uns ist ein wertschätzendes, kollegiales Arbeitsklima mit respektvollem Umgang innerhalb des Teams sehr wichtig.

Aktuell haben wir noch zwei Positionen verfügbar. Ein Chef de Partie am Beilagenplatz zuständig für die Zubereitung unserer Pastagerichte, verschiedene Suppen, Soßen und Beilagen.

Der zweite ist verantwortlich für den Grillplatz als Rotisseur zuständig für die Zubereitung der Fleisch und Fischgerichte, wie Steaks, Wiener Schnitzel, gegrilltes Saiblingsfilet etc. 2 Koch/Köchin / Chef de partie (m./w.) Starte mit uns gemeinsam in die Wintersaison im Skiweltcuport Flachau!

Für unser familiär geführtes und top-bewertetes À-la-carte-Restaurant "Zum Holzwurm" direkt im weltbekannten Skiweltcuport Flachau suchen wir für die kommende Wintersaison (Anfang Dezember bis Ende März) tatkräftige Unterstützung in der Küche.

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Führung deines Postens als Chef de Partie im lebhaften À-la-carte-Geschäft

* Zubereitung feinster Alpenküche unter Verwendung hochwertiger, regionaler Produkte

* Mitgestaltung und Einbringen von eigenen kreativen Impulsen auf unseren Tellern

* Verlässliche Einhaltung der geltenden Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)

* Fundierte Praxiserfahrung im À-la-carte-Service und in der gehobenen Alpenküche

* Leidenschaft für das Kochen, Liebe zu Lebensmitteln und ein gepflegtes Auftreten
