Wir suchen dich! 1 Koch/Köchin (Hotel- und Gastgewerbe) Bist du bereit für eine spannende Herausforderung in der wunderschönen Umgebung von Radstadt, Österreich? Das Jugendhotel Simonyhof sucht nach einem motivierten Koch/motivierte Köchin oder Küchenhilfe, um unser kleines, aber feines Team zu verstärken. Bei uns erwartet dich nicht nur ein familiäres Arbeitsumfeld, sondern auch die Möglichkeit, deine kulinarischen Fähigkeiten unter Beweis zu stellen und weiterzuentwickeln. Egal, ob du gerade erst anfängst oder bereits Erfahrung mitbringst - bei uns zählt vor allem deine Leidenschaft fürs Kochen und dein Engagement. Du arbeitest in einem Team von rund 10 Personen und hast die Möglichkeit, kreativ zu sein und eigene Ideen einzubringen. Wenn du Lust hast, in einer idyllischen Lage mit netten Kollegen zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig jeden Tag neue Herausforderungen zu meistern, dann freuen wir uns darauf, von dir zu hören.

Beschäftigung: ab sofort , in Vollzeit für eine Saison- oder Dauerbeschäftigung

Aufgaben

* Vorbereitung und Zubereitung von Menüs gemäß den vorgegebenen Rezepturen und Standards.

* Effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs.

* Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Hygiene am Arbeitsplatz gemäß HACCP-Richtlinien. (Einhaltung von HACCP-Richtlinien)

* Unterstützung bei der Lagerhaltung sowie Kontrolle der Warenbestände und deren Qualität.

* Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Speisekarten und Entwicklung neuer Rezeptideen.

Qualifikation

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Fähigkeit, in einem kleinen Team zu arbeiten

* Flexibilität

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Lebensmittelhygiene

* Freundliche und offene Art im Umgang mit Gästen
