* Zubereitung frischer, ausgewogener und qualitativ hochwertiger Mahlzeiten unter Berücksichtigung der speziellen Ernährungsbedürfnisse unserer Bewohner:innen (z.B. Diäten, Schonkost)

* Unterstützung bei besonderen kulinarischen Veranstaltungen wie z.B."Candle-Light-Dinner",

* Mitwirkung bei der regelmäßigen Durchführung der Kontrollen und deren Dokumentation

* Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung der HACCP-Vorgaben im Küchenbereich

* Mitwirkung bei der Führung eines ordnungsgemäßen Lagermanagements

* Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen und Einfühlungsvermögen für ihre speziellen Bedürfnisse

* Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Lehre als Köchin/Koch

* Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung oder Gastronomie, idealerweise in der Senioren- oder Krankenpflege
