Die "Villa Martini" ist ein etabliertes Altenwohn- und Pflegeheim in Mattersburg, das seinen rund 50 Bewohner*innen ein behagliches Zuhause mit persönlicher Zuwendung und kompetenter Pflege bietet. Unsere Küche ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der täglichen Versorgung unserer Bewohner*innen, der Tagesgäste sowie der Mitarbeitenden. Darüber hinaus kochen wir als Gemeinschaftsverpfleger für Kindergärten, Schulen und berufsbildende Einrichtungen. In unserer Großküche werden täglich bis zu 400 Portionen Speisen zubereitet, wobei ein besonderes Augenmerk auf beste Qualität, Ausgewogenheit und die Bedürfnisse der Menschen gelegt wird.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Küchenteams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte_n und verantwortungsbewusste_n 1 Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) mit 40 Stunden pro Woche.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Zubereitung und Verteilung der Speisen unter Berücksichtigung allfälliger diätischer Vorgaben sowie Allergenrichtlinien

* Übernahme der Lebensmittelanlieferung und Kontrolle auf Qualität und Quantität

* Übernahme der Waren aus dem Lebensmittel- und Materiallager sowie Kontrolle dieser auf Verderblichkeit

* Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Lebensmitteln, Arbeitsmaterialien und Maschinen

* Durchführung der hausinternen Mülltrennung und Müllentsorgung

* Einhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien und des Reinigungsplanes

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei sämtlichen Arbeitsabläufen in der Küche

* Unterstützung bei der Organisation eines reibungslosen Küchenablaufs

* Zusammenarbeit mit der Küchenleitung und dem gesamten Küchenteam

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer Großküche

* Freude an der Zubereitung von Speisen für viele Menschen

* Bewusstsein für sauberes und hygienisches Arbeiten sowie für Qualität und sorgfältigen Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Motivation für die Arbeit und Verlässlichkeit als Kollege*in

* Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft, sich aktiv in ein bestehendes Team einzubringen

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Führerschein B
