Ob beim Frühstücksbuffet oder beim Abendessen - du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Gäste ihren Urlaub bei uns auch kulinarisch genießen können.

Entgelt:

* Fachkraft Gehalt: ab € 2.376,- brutto / Monat (Basis Vollzeit mit Ausbildung). Dein tatsächliches Gehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Dein Aufgabenbereich bei den JUFA Hotels:

* Speisenproduktion: Eigenständige Zubereitung von 4-Gänge-Menüs, à-la-carte-Speisen und frischen Buffets gemäß JUFA-Hotels-Richtlinien * Küchenorganisation: Entwicklung neuer Rezepturen, Mitgestaltung der Menüpläne und Einbringen von fachlichem Know-how * Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und strikte Umsetzung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) * Teamarbeit: Operative Unterstützung des Küchenteams sowie Förderung eines professionellen Arbeitsklimas

Das bringst du für das JUFA-Hotels-Team mit:

* Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung (LAP) sowie idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung * Arbeitsweise: Hohe Flexibilität, Kreativität und der Anspruch auf stetige fachliche Weiterentwicklung * Persönlichkeit: Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeglichene und geduldige Arbeitsweise * Kommunikation: Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch im internationalen Team
