Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin (3-jährige Lehre) inklusive erfolgreich abgelegter Lehrabschlussprüfung oder eine gleichwertige fachliche Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in einer Küche oder alternativ fundierte Erfahrung im Gastronomiebereich, idealerweise im Umgang mit größeren Produktionsmengen (ca. 100 Halbpensionen)

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team

* Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit und gesundheitliche Eignung für die Tätigkeit

* Gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englisch- oder Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten

* Eigenständige Herstellung und Zubereitung unterschiedlicher Speisen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Lebensmittel- und Hygienestandards

* Ansprechende Präsentation sowie Ausgabe der Speisen im Rahmen des Teller- und Buffetservices

* Kontrolle und Organisation der Lagerbestände unter Berücksichtigung einer ordnungsgemäßen und hygienischen Lagerung

* Unterstützung bei der Planung der benötigten Warenmengen sowie bei der Vorbereitung und Organisation der Produktionsabläufe

* Einbringen eigener Ideen bei der Erstellung von Menüvorschlägen und der Gestaltung des Speiseplans
