Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab 16.11.2026 bis 18.04.2027 2 Koch Zirbenalm Dein Aufgabenbereich:

- Leitung der Küche bei Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs

- Führen des Postens sowie postenübergreifendes Arbeiten

- Zubereitung der Speisen

- Bei Kartenbesprechungen Ideen einbringen

- Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien und der Qualitätsstandards

- Übersicht und Sauberkeit auf seinem Posten wahren

- Abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikation

Was Du mitbringst:

- Fachkenntnisse mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung

- Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Teamfähigkeit

- Kenntnisse der HACCP-Richtlinien und der Qualitätsstandards
